We are an exclusive, private, nurse owned, nurse-managed medical concierge and boutique home care agency. Sometimes it s not necessarily that you can't take care of yourself or loved one any longer, but that you would like a companion or someone to assist you with cooking, housekeeping, or laundry. In other situations seniors and their loved ones may have more serious concerns such as making sure medication is taken on time, or that a caregiver is available for showering or toileting assistance to minimize the riskof falls.<br/><br/>In addition to servicing our elderly community, we service younger adults and adolescents with a wide range of disabilities and needs. After your assessment is completed by one of our registered nurses, we will pair you with an appropriate caregiver to meet the needs of your loved one. <br/><br/>We work with families who unfortunately are experiencing stress of balancing normal life and being a primary caregiver. Families want to see their loved one thrive outside of a nursing home, so they continue facing these challenges, sometimes alone. <br/><br/>We help our clients to keep their dignity, we're more than just your average agency. CARE-GIVING (AKA) ASSISTED LIVING IN THE HOME: services are provided by home health aides, companions and certified home health aides. <br/><br/>#2. SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING: These services are designed to help local community-based facilities in caring for their residents and older adults. <br/><br/>#3. CARE MANAGEMENT, CARE COORDINATION &amp; PATIENT/FAMILY EDUCATION: We will help you simplify the complex medical information down to usable information that can transform your care-giving situation. Our nurses and geriatric care managers will help you make care-giving an easier and more gratifying experience for the long-distance caregiver or the very busy family caregiver. <br/><br/>With us, you will only pay for the care you need.
