Caring Hearts of Arvada is a group residential home for the elderly. We accept seniors that are either wanting independent living or assisted living. This is an ambulatory community with some of the residents using assistive devices.

The facility is a ranch-style home that can house up to 8 residents. The starting rent for a private room is $3,500 and up per month, depending on the type of care and assistance they need. We also have 1 shared room where the rent starts at $3,000 and up permonth. <br/> <br/>We provide 3 meals a day, snacks in between, medication management, laundry and room cleaning, grooming if needed, which is all inclusive. We can also assist with medical appointments as well. <br/> <br/>Since we are a small community, we provide individualized, personal care. We can also cater to a residents likes for meals, separate from what is on the menu. This is the advantage of having a small, tight-knit community. <br/> <br/>Families visit frequently and take their folks out into the community to enjoy events, church, restaurants, shopping and other local attractions. <br/> <br/>The residents like typical hobbies including reading, gardening, cards, games and other activities that were part of their life prior to moving into our facility.
