Caring for Portland, is the greater Portland area's most affordable, comprehensively licensed in-home care agency. Our founder started Caring for the Coast, In-Home Care in Astoria in 2007. His family-owned, family-focused companies employ nearly 250 Oregonians. Over the past couple of years, Caring for Portland has brought the same family-focused values that have impacted the lives of hundreds of coastal residents to Portland and surrounding areas.
Caring for Portland provides care up to 24 hours per day, allowing our clients to remain independent in the comfort of their own home. We are licensed by the Oregon Health Authority as a Comprehensive In-Home Care agency and can provide medication management and delegated nursing services in addition to the homemaker and personal care services that other licensed agencies provide.

Although this is a rather new company in the Portland Metro region I find their Values System in the Care Giving field for the Aging and Disabled population to be top shelf; they take the time to hire qualified Caregivers that have the heart, compassion, and above all the creativity in their line of work that provides clients the ability to live full and meaningful lives.
