About Care Touch Home Plus
Care Touch is a dynamic home setting with individualized care. Care Touch is managed and care is provided by two registered nurses both with over 15 years of experience in post-acute care facilities, to residents living with dementia & Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's and general old age care. Giving Care to those in need is our passion and mission.
We provide care in a home setting as an excellent alternative to an institutional care facility. This home setting means care is more manageable and individualized.
