BEWARE!!! This place absolutely milks Medicare by sending everyone they can think of out for services you don't even need. We have been caregiving and according to everyone that knows us and according to our own high standards, we are doing a great job. I didn't want a caregiver to come back to our because she wasn't doing her job correctly and was asking many inappropriate questions regarding who owned my parents home etc. as soon as I asked for her not to come back, a report was made to the sheriffs office with false information regarding the care and surroundings of my mother. She retaliated! When the police arrived they thought they had the wrong house! Everything was as it should be and everything in the report was false! This "caregiver" retaliated because I spoke to our case manager at care plus and requested that she not return. I would be very careful dealing with them because it's stressful enough making sure those we love Have all of their needs met and are comfortable. It was unbelievably stressful to have the sheriffs knocking at our front door!
