All of our caregivers are covered by Worker's Comp.<br/><br/>For family members, this is a great solution that supplements and alleviates your responsibilities at home, allowing you to work or even travel if you wish.<br/><br/>Services include:<br/><br/>In-home and respite care, nursing home or hospital sitting and additional assistance to those receiving home health or hospice care.<br/><br/>Personal Care/Activities of Daily living - bathing,dressing, transferring, toileting, eating and walking.<br/><br/>Domestic Duties - meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation.<br/><br/>Safety and Security - medication reminder and range of motion exercises.<br/><br/>In addition, Care Plus offers the following for free:<br/><br/>A Client Care Manager will make regular home visits to assess client needs, develop care plans and supervise in home care.<br/><br/>A Staff supervisor who is available 24/7 coordinates services.<br/><br/>For clients with Long Term Care Insurance, Care Plus will assist in complying with all requirements of your insurance carrier to get reimbursed for home care services.… Read more
