Unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere. Very understaffed.
The 'aids' are more interested in chatting with one another and checking their phones than actually going from room to room to see if any of the residents need anything or are comfortable. I visit on a regular basis and am disturbed by what I observe. There is an evening nurse (short dark hair) who is MOST unhelpful and unfriendly. Not sure WHY someone would choose to work in that environment if you are not dedicated to helping with the needs of the elderly and lonely.
