Cadieux Premium HCS FL, LLC (pronounced cad-Jew) is a homecare provider located in Polk County. We have over 20 collective years in nursing. We employ a spectrum of professionals like RNs to HHAs. As a provider, we are accepting some skilled care cases, but we primarily seek patients requiring non-medical or non-skilled care. Under our agency licensure HHAs are not permitted per state law to perform skilled care. Under AHCA's policies and procedures, licensed qualified CNAs, EMTs, MedTechs, DSPs, LPNs and RNs are welcomed to provide skilled care services. We are happy to report employing qualified professionals to streamline patient care.
Our agency departments include Administration, Human Resources (HR) and Accounting. Our professionals have been COVID-19 tested and work safely to reduce the spread through preparedness using PPEs, face masks, gloves, proper handwashing, and sanitizing.
Our agency happily provides homecare services throughout several areas in Central Florida. Those services are Daily Companionship, Personal Care, 24/7 Care, Live-In, Respite Relief, Hospital Stays, Facility Support, Sitter Care and Overnight Services.
Our agency's human resources guidelines enable us to ensure reliability and safety in on-boarding qualified candidates. Under AHCA, we require candidates to complete a background clearance, 40 additional hours of homecare training including video review, testing, CPR-BLS certificate, and 1 year of nursing experience.
As a community organization, we choose to give back. Our humanity goals are to donate to reputable non-profit organizations. We have a great opportunity to assist in tuition fees for college-aged students and feeding families in our great country.

Carla is the best!!! I reached out to take care of my mom who had a stroke. She met with my sisters and I and she went out of her way to make us feel like she is totally trustworthy. Carla and her team are exceptional! My dad suffered a stroke that severely impacted his speech and mobility. We contacted Carla to assist us in caring for him. She was attentive to his needs, patient, and understanding. She was able to get him to open to her and express things we didn't know he was feeling or going through. Her and her team have been a Godsend to us. They take good care in helping him get ready in the mornings. They also help with his speech, exercises, stretching, walking, bathing, and more. We are thankful that Carla is with us as we help my dad recover.

I needed a companion for my 88 year old father. I was pleased at how Carla worked hard to find a match for him. I love that we had a meet and greet with the caretaker and I, as well as my father, was able to get to know her. I feel like this company cares about the client and her workers. I'm excited for this relationship. I would recommend their services.
