CURRICULUM
At Bright Start Montessori Academy, we have developed an eclectic curriculum that meets and exceeds the Texas Educational Agency s Standards. Our methodology consists of teaching a particular topic and then allowing the children to have Montessori Time to further explore and reinforce what was taught. Our core subjects include Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Language Arts, Music and Art.
PHILOSOPHY
When a child is loved, they learn to love in return. Here at Bright Start Montessori Academy, we believe that a good education doesn t just consist of learning facts, but involves the formation of a child s character. During these formative years, children learn from their surroundings. We believe in creating an environment that encourages virtues like kindness, integrity, honor, respect, diligence, neatness, a positive attitude, and good manners. Above all, we believe in teaching children to love and respect one another.
It is our desire to work with you, the parents, to help build your child into a young man or woman who will be a blessing to their family and community. A good education begins at a young age and instills into each child a love for humanity, and for learning.
