This company was formerly known as Assurasource. I worked for this company for over 6 years. They changed managers in the last year. I can tell you first-hand I worked 4 months for the new management and resigned. The two families I was I worked for thru the new management were poorly handled. The new management does not have the ethics the character or the knowledge to conduct business for these families. They also have not paid overtime to their employees and have not followed through with communicating their intentions. I can tell you the last family they sent me to was so neglected no one had been here in months to check on the caregiver. I talked to the family they fired this company and hired me directly. I would tell you to do your investigating into this company before you allow them in your home. I took pictures I documented everything so if anyone has questions or comments I asked them to please reach out to me this is not something you want to play with.
