$10 – 14/hr
I have muscular dystrophy but I don't let that stop me though. I enjoy playing with my puppy and training her to be my service dog. I also enjoy going on outings around town with my niece and cousin. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things. When I can I enjoy doing arts & crafts, watching movies, going to watch hockey games, and going to concerts. When I can I also love to travel.
I am looking for a few caregivers to cover my 87 hrs/week. I am on a state funded program that tells me how much I can pay my caregivers. The most I can pay is $11/hr.
The tasks that I need help with is: tasks of daily living, administering medication, feeding, cooking, toileting, dressing, showering, grooming, light housekeeping, helping with my dog, transportation to activities, travel when needed
Full/part time available. Great for someone needing extra money, wanting to try out the medical field, laid back atmosphere. Will work around school schedule if you are in college. There is a lot of down time with the position and I don't mind if my caregiver works on schoolwork, takes an online class, work at an online job while working with me as long as you stop when I need help, if I want to go out on the town and do something fun I'd pay the way, also I also pay work bonuses monthly depending on the work.
