Been sending a care taker for my disabled wife for months now, she can't even change my wife in bed. Yet they keep promising me a different caretaker, again, for months.
Lady can not even use the lift they recommended we get so that my wife would be able to be lifted from bed.
The caretaker in the 1st shift is excellent just like the lady that comes on Saturdays.
Will change agencies for the afternoon shift since they don't care about what their clients think. Medicaid case worker already knows all this.
