Nice big home. 2 living rooms with comfortable recliners and direct tv for cable. Food was home made and was pretty good. I liked that their was caregiver there at night. Carrie was awesome - would sit with my Mother, hold her hand and talked. Day caregivers were friendly and did their best with all patients. Were able to call anytime - even at midnight -and get an update on Mom if my sister and I was not able to go visit. Nice outside with covered patio. Cheron, the manager, was always available by text or phone. Very professional and friendly. Dr. Glenn, the owner, was also available anytime. Fair and friendly and at the home when we were there to check it out.

Clean, quiet place. The location is great for us. The care givers seem to know what they are doing and are really nice. They don't live in the home. We haven't had our family member in the home that long but are happy with our choice. The current owner is a doctor and is very knowledgeable about caring for people and is very easy to work with.

My husband & I have dealt w/ this home for the past 5.5 years. My mother in law went to stay there at the beginning of Demensia, that was owner #1, she was OK. In comes owner #2, the care began to fail and the help was few and far between [even had illegals living in a shed out back]. She had some things stolen and we were told to prove that she actually had these items. It became very uncomfortable to visit as we knew that it was a show....now new owner #3, the last stages of her sickness, our concerns were never addressed and no one would listen. We never got calls on medical visits, she fell out of bed on more than 1 occasion and was put in a wheel chair. She fell out of the chair at night as there was only 1 person on site and she chose to help another patient and left her unattended. The last week or so of her time there, they let her suffer in much pain and agony. She had been on a hospice program , but was getting no additional medication to make her comfortable. My husband and I got a call on a Thursday night that she was going....we left immediatly to see her. It took over an hour to get medication to her. While we were waiting, the caregiver said to jus that she had to cook sausage to "get the smell" out of the house...who says something like that to a grieving family. She was finally medicated and basically in a comatose state until she passed a few days later 4/7. We recieved a text...YES, I said a text that she had passed. We had been so unhappy with everything we chose to let things go and "cool down" We did not recieve 1 phone call from anyone at the house. We recieved an invoice for 2 months after her death and I sent an email to the owner....he replied with an email [again o phone call], said it was his fault and he took full responsibility.....and here we are again 3 months after her death, I get an invoice. I would not recommend anyone to put their loved ones in the care of this home !!!! They are all about a paycheck !!! No care /compassion here !!!
