All of the teachers that my son has had are so kind, loving and treat us like family. The office staff are wonderful and seem to know all the kids by name. I love the daily report and occasional photos. I also love that there are so many themed fun activities.

Loving, nurturing, fun environment. Everyone from the administration to the teachers love the kids and do what's best for them. Our 4 and 2 year old children have thrived there
My daughter has attended for almost four years. I have made the decision to pull her out for good. I'm not sure where to even begin, so I guess I will start with what is most alarming. Angela the owner allows children to be bullied. My daughter on multiple occasions had came home with complaints the same child was attacking her. She would have cuts from being hit with toys, bruises, but most of all was the knot so big on her head it split open and caused her entire eye to seek and black.
I talked to the teacher about the student who was responsible and she told me that the child attacks teachers and children but their hands are tied because Angela refused to step in . When I asked Angela the owner for the accident report over the eye incident she didn't have one and none of the teachers could tell me for certain how this happened. Previously the child attacked my daughter while I was picking her up and the two were suppose to be separated. When I brought this point to the owners attention she stated she couldn't promise me my daughters safety while in her care and she refused to promise me their was a plan in motion to protect other kids from the child who wouldn't stop attacking other kids and teachers. When I told Angela I had video recorded our conversation she opened her office door and kicked me out of the building and told me to "talk to her attorney ". At that point I realized she had no interest in children safety .

Moving on , during the Pandemic Angela allowed an exposed child to be accepted into daycare. The exposed child has spent a weekend with their grandparent who tested positive for covid-19, any parent who pulled their child out of childcare to self isolate was charged a $400 cancel fee in addition to being charged the week of childcare they were pulled out as well as charging for ANOTHER week AFTER the cancel fee. When I called to discuss why she felt it was ok to profit during a pandemic she told me she had the right to. She doesn't care about anyone's health. She opened the daycare up the following business day knowing her washer and dryer were broke so she could not have washed linens , where the virus is said to live, she didn't provide mask , gloves or any medical equipment to teachers. She was very neglectful and did not take the pandemic very serious and Punished parents who self quarantined after being notified of the exposer .

Most of all my biggest complaint is the lack of staff. My daughter constantly wet her pants because nobody would take her to the restroom. After multiple times of this happening and my daughter coming home in hand me downs left at the center a few employees spoke up and notified me that they were so out of ration that if one teacher left the playground it would only leave one teacher to monitor 30+ kids and Angela would fire them.

After being told this information I reported the center to the state and a man went out to check ratios, he followed up with me and confirmed that the daycare was so terribly out of ration and it was a known on going issue that had been previously addressed with the owner, that the state would close the center if it happened one more time and parents would be forced to result to alternative childcare options.
In retaliation the owner Angela believed an employee called the state and she fired not just that employee but two others for the incident. Those employees did file unemployment and won their case for wrongful termination , however it shows how selfish Angela the owner is. She knows she was understaffed as is and went on to terminate employees for self serving reasons.

The same teacher is never in my daughters room during pickup. It is impossible to get an idea of how their day went or in my case who Injured my child. The answer was always "I wasn't in the class today".
Further more Teachers had reached out to me and told me Angela threatened their jobs for telling me about incident reports when I would question my daughters bruises or cuts. I have txt messages to validate this information, where teachers begged me to let things go for fear it would cost them their jobs.

I could never get invoices or receipts of payments. Angela the owner was never there or always had excuses. It would sometimes take a month or a month and a half to get a receipt for payment.

Kid to teacher ratio is very out of hand- the teachers are overwhelmed and often complain Angela will not buy items needed for classrooms she makes it a teacher expense. They say it is like a preschool but that is false Angela doesn't buy the needed items for teachers to complete projects so the children don't really learn at the preschool rate.

Please consider my review when weighing this option for childcare. This is all my experience with the daycare, and I am devastated how down hill this facility went in a years span.

Management practically doesn't exist. The owner is barely ever there and when she is it doesn't seem like she is doing much but sitting in the office on her cell. Sometimes she is at her computer but who knows if she is actually doing anything. Within the last year I have seen management change multiple times. Turn over for teachers is so extremely high and I am guessing that is because the places never seems well staffed for the amount of kids they have. I am also guessing it would have something to do with how disorganized management seems to be. Management doesn't seems to communicate with teachers and that makes figuring out anything extremely difficult and frustrating. The teachers seem to be overwhelmed and worn out. Some of their teachers seem to have no clue how to work with children which is highly concerning and I can only imagine how stressful that is for the staff who are competent. I have also noticed that a lot of wonderful teachers have left the center and the ones who are still there seem to become more and more unhappy with their job.

Did I mention that the place looks dirty all the time and most of the toys the children play with look like they were got of 50 cents at a garage sale?!
Not to mention the playground area is way out dated and their "clubhouse" is absolutely disgusting!!!
