This agency direspects it's clients and do not bother to train their aides the proper way on how to act appropriately while in a clients home I was a client with them for a few months and in that time I had I think three different aides one kept calling off, thee other was late to work all the time, and the last one didn't know how to do laundry and so she damaged two of my comforters one which belonged to my mother who passed last year and is irreplaceable I told her that she was gonna have to buy me two more or either give me 100$ for me to go buy them myself and we both agreed by the way the aides name is Shelly Taylor so clients that are with this agency beware of her! She's unprofessional, undertrained,and lazy anyways as soon as the incident happened I called them and made them aware of incident and I was told that they would take care of the situation well they lied ! Shelly quit two days before she were to reimbursement me and the owner Kim sent me a measly 35$ saying Shelly told her that's what was agreed upon which is a blatant lie! I'm still owed 65$ and the owner Kim is refusing to pay! Even though the damage was caused by one of her employees! She's has a very nasty attitude, a poor business sense, whatever happened to the term the consumer is always rite? and her and her staff is very ghetto and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this agency to take care of my pet ! So of coarse I wouldn't let them take care of one of my love ones therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very untrue. You cursed out several home care aides and our office staff for no reason.
The aide you reference is one you cursed out and sent away and she still waited in her car to get your laundry and bring to you even after you cursing her for no reason. A day later you wanted that same aide back. You prompted the aide to quit. I respect my clients and employees. You were reimbursed appropriately for your blanket, per the agreement you made with employee. Frankly I would not have agreed to pay you for small damage due to a raggedy apartment dryer over heating. I wish you much success and please try a little happiness, it is contagious. Life is too short to be so unhappy and mean to others.
