Very Positive Experience..."
I think everyone will agree, finding a caregiver for a loved one is certainly no easy task, and once a decision is made there is much worry that goes along with it. This has been the first time my husband and I have had to delve into the "care giving business" and, thank heavens, this has ended up being a very positive experience. We have two elderly "cousins" that needed immediate care: He has advancing cancer and she has Alzheimer's. It is our aim to keep them at home as long as we possibly can.
true vision. Home Care was referred to us by "A Place for Mom," along with a few other providers. After meeting with all, It was very apparent from the well polished and professional presentation by MR Mitchell, how far superior true vision. Home Care appeared to be versus the other three companies. We decided to give them a try. "melody" was assigned to our case right away and we met with her and MR. together with our "cousins". All felt good, and everyone agreed Diana would begin right away.
All I can say at this point in time, and it's been two months now, is that MELODY is the BEST thing that has happened to this family in quite a while! She absolutely knows and understands the requirements and needs of our cousins. She's a great cook and has been so instrumental in improving their general health, hygiene, and daily routines. We have been singing MELODY praises for quite a while now and I feel confident things will continue on this note. She has been a blessing to our family...we owe much thanks to MR Mitchell and true vision. Home Care!

I just attended a Caregiver training class at the Corporate office in LA last Friday and I must say that this company really takes "training" seriously. At first, I was reluctant to attend since I had just applied and they didn't have an assignment for me yet but I am glad that they still encouraged me to attend it. I have worked with other agencies in the past 6 years and this is the first time I was offered a training by an In home Care agency. I thought I knew my job very well but the information I learned from the trainers proved me wrong. Thank you Randy, Ryan, and Arnold for the tips and advice on how perform our work better. Looking forward to the Brain Fitness training next week!
