Teaming up with my sister has really worked out nice because she's my back up so you wouldn't ever have to worry about your sitter calling off with the two of us! We would treat your child as if he/she were our own. As a mother I know how hard it is to find childcare I've been there, especially trusting someone off the internet. Rest assure being a teacher in a public school I've been fingerprinted, background checked, and have a great reputation from my long term families I sit for!
