Our head teachers each have BA's in Early Childhood Education and have been teaching preschool for many years.

Accomplishments Most of the things and organization of the time and entertainment was dependent on me. I was consulting the details with the parents and waiting for confirmation, however most of the ideas came out from me. I was building the day around what I was informed of that the kids have to be present at/signed up for and very often happened to entertain 3 children while the other one was taking a class. Children learnt to be very obedient with the time and we still keep on improving this skill and good manners. Skills Used Flexibility; patience; being understanding and organized; creativity; ability to discipline as needed; engaging in performed activities and games; longanimity; explaining and being just; honesty.
