I have two kids of my own that are in school full-time so we have tons and tons of toys and books. I am a very active person, so I love to take the kids places like the library and play places. In the summer I'd like to take the kids to the zoo and playgrounds. I have my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and have worked in a few childcare centers. I grew up around many children because my mom owned and operated a family home daycare from when I was an infant until I was 19. As soon as I was old enough I jumped right in helping with daily educational activities, changing diapers, making lunches and snacks, and I also watched the kids myself on the weekends for their parents date nights. I am in the beginning stages of getting licensed and hope to really make a business of this. I will provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. I am available Mon-Fri from 6 a.m.-6 p.m. (I am flexible to work with your schedule if you need a variation from that time-frame). I can also do before and after school if needed. My home is very clean and inviting. We have one cat who is a sweetheart, but will probably stay upstairs. I have experience with all age groups.
