My most recent experience was caring for a 2-year-old little boy which just recently ended a week ago after the child's mother lost her job and decided to take early maternity leave for her third child. My duties included preparing meals, changing diapers and potty training, organize and create educational things to do as well as fun activities. While he napped, I washed dishes, put away toys and many other tasks relating to caring for this little boy. I am currently taking classes online for a degree in Psychology. I am a patient and nurturing person and many people have entrusted the lives of their children with me for this reason. When a parent requests my help in caring for their children they become my top priority. I feel that every child should have someone close to them who is there for them when mommy or daddy cannot be. I love that feeling of accomplishment when I am able to help a family in need. I am a very motivated individual. I feel I can accomplish any task given and I am a very neat person and don't mind doing dishes and some cleaning while the kids are napping, if you wish.
