I haven't hired Nicole but she is my sister in law and has watched our kids K and D way more times than i can count since they were babies and they are now 12 and 8. She goes above and beyond for not just the kids, but me as well. She's always a reliable person to ask if i need to take the kids to appointments or if i need her to watch them for a while or even just come hangout with them. I've known Stephanie for a while and my best friend actually hired her to watch her 2 kids. (One girl age 6 and one boy age 8). She has always been on time and with the best attitude! She really believes on bonding with the kids and has a blast playing with them, and learning about all of their interests! Stephanie is also super flexible and if she is available she may also pick up more hours if needed! The kids would non stop talk about her whenever I would visit! They enjoyed spending time with her and "she's so much fun!!!" My best friend's work schedule changed due to a new job so she no longer needs a nanny but she has told me she would 100% hire her again in a heart beat!
