Kidsplay was founded by a parent and teacher who wanted to create a special place for children to "just be kids" while their parents were assured of a safe, secure, quality childcare and preschool program. Kidsplay's unique design is a reflection of twenty five years of focusing on the needs of families and providing a flexible day, evening and weekend schedule. Since 1991 parents have attended meetings, run errands, worked evenings or weekends, volunteered, or enjoyed a night out, while their children took part in many fun programs at Kidsplay.

Becki's Backyard

705 Falcon Hill Trail O Fallon, MO

< 1 mi

My name is Becki and I just started my in-home daycare in April 2015. Even though I'm "new" to the business, I have plenty of experience. I have my bachelor's degree in elementary education and have been caring for children in some capacity since I was eleven. I began as a babysitter, transitioned into a nanny, became a mom, was widowed, and now here I am as a childcare provider. My own two boys are 5 and 6 and will be in kindergarten and first grade in the fall. I currently care for five children most of whom are part-time. I have no full-time openings available but am open to part-time care or summer care for school-aged kids. We always do an activity or craft and I will be incorporating a summer school element to my program beginning in June and am excited to spend a lot of time outside in the yard! I provide food for all kids who eat table food. You provide diapers, wipes, formula, baby food etc. I don't charge for vacation days or sick days. My open hours are flexible. Weekends and overnights are a possibility. I charge $35/kid/day and $60/day for 2 kids. I also offer a "Night Out" occasionally. I charge a flat $20 for the evening and that includes dinner. Drop off is 5pm and pick up is 12am with extended care available for $5/hour/child. Inquire if you are interested! I would love to meet your family so contact me for an interview.
I am a loving mother to one. My daughter just turned 2 years old and she is the best gift I could ever ask for. I am currently looking for a family in need of part time child care services. I started babysitting when I was in high school. I often watched my two oldest nephews and helped several families in my subdivision. I currently watch for a couple of families on occasion when they need help with running errands or just want a night out to themselves. I ultimately would like to find a family who could use me on a regular basis. A little background about me- I use to work in retail. I worked for the same company for 9 years 6 of those years I moved into managerial roles and when I left I had 3 years experience as an Assistant Store Manager. However I made the decision when my little girl came to leave the company and stay home with her and focus on my schooling. I am back in school on track to being in a Nursing Program my goal is to graduate and become an RN. I have a baby proofed home filled with infant and toddler toys and I have reliable transportation. You can come to my house or I can come to yours. I have always love and enjoy caring for children. I am a loving, understanding and a patient person who enjoys having fun, playing and learning probably as much as your little ones. My little girl is well mannered and also enjoys making new friends and having some one besides mommy to play with. I offer affordable child care and I'm available almost any time during the week. The only exception to this is when I am in class. Tuesday I am available after 2 p.m. and Thursday I am free after 2:30 p.m. , I am available any other time of the week including nights and weekends. Please consider me for any of your care giver needs!

We specialize in the loving and educational care of children right from birth! We know it's difficult to choose the perfect care provider for your little one, so we try our best to make sure that your little one is surrounded with opportunities to grow and explore the world on so many levels! We have infant specific areas, toys and materials. We also have FULL PRESCHOOL curriculum, even teaching Kindergarten during 2021. Our large eat in kitchen serves up fresh delicious home cooked meals and lots of smiles! We are a teaching home daycare and strive to ensure that you little ones are always receiving age appropriate care and stimulation. We have a strong music, art, library, preschool and sign language program. We have a large and fully stocked indoor classroom for all ages as well as a large fenced and treed back yard with an elevated composite deck for safe play. We consider outside playtime our outdoor classroom and most kids don't want to leave at pick up time, and that's the truth! We live in a safe and lovely neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. We plant gardens and spend a lot of time outdoors. We are in walking distance to the Kisker Road Library and Veterans Tribute Park. We are unlike any other daycare you have experienced, and love every minute of it! We have written policies and established procedures. Your child's well-being is our business! We combined the best of a nurturing and loving home setting along with the benefits of large age appropriate playrooms, outdoor classrooms and a multitude of educational toys and materials. We have daily communication with our parents via our online real-time updates and photos. We know that there is nothing more important than the safety of your little ones! We are committed to providing educated care based on science, facts and best practice. We do require all families and children to be vaccinated for Covid 19 as soon as the vaccine is available for your Child's age group. We are all vaccinated and keep up with boosters, for everyone's peace of mind. If you are not vaccinated, it is not too late to get one! If you are still uncomfortable with vaccinating, we are not the right fit for your family. We feel that our daycare families ARE family, and continue to care for older children evenings and weekends also in our 24/7 care. We hope you will join our Daycare family!

Sarah K. says "You can not find a better, more loving environment for your child then April's Loving Home. My family has had at least one child enrolled at April's since...

I am looking for one child or at most 2 siblings to watch in my home on a part time basis. Experience: My whole life has been spent working with children. I truly love kids. I am the oldest of 9 siblings. I spent my summers babysitting by age 14. I am happily married to my sweetheart of 25 years. We have four great kids, 3 of them are grown. Our youngest is a sweet 8 year old little boy. I have taught children for over 20 years in 4-H, Sunday School, and as a homeschool teacher. I have worked on committees involving youth fairs, child based community citizenship projects, and children's Christmas parades. Each year I am involved in a 2 week summer camp that has over 5,000 children ages preschool thru 8th grade in attendance. My job is to oversee the safety and well being of 30+ teachers and hundreds of 4th and 6th grade campers. We live on a peaceful, neat and tidy farm with 9 acres. We like to go walking outside everyday weather permitting. We have 3 outside pets that all like little people attention, a blue heeler puppy, a cat, and a miniature donkey. I am very organized and a good listener. I respect and believe that parents know what is best for their kids. I love to laugh. I love to hear children laugh. I have a clean, smoke free home. I do charge more than most child care providers at $15 per hour, but unlike most , I am looking for only one or two special little people to focus on, care for, teach, play with and love at a time.

Hi there! I'm new to the Wentzville area! I'm a stay-at-home mom to two little boys (4 and 2) and I am also a professional photographer (on the weekends). I used to watch little one's from home until we moved. So I am looking to provide care for a few kiddos during the week to anyone who needs help. We have a clean, large home in a very quiet and kid-friendly neighborhood. My husband is a Sheriff and works most days. I like to keep the number of children I watch to just a few, so I am able to provide excellent care and tons of interaction. I am very easy to get along with and extremely laid-back. I believe honesty is the best policy and laughter goes a long way.

I have watched my nephew at age 6 months until he was 2 years old. I always watched my boyfriend's nephews and nieces, both age 7 and age 2, and also many other kids. I love kids; I don't have any of my own! I am very trustworthy, reliable, loving, carrying, etc. I am trying to find a family that would need someone full-time. :) I can watch kids on weekends, before and after school, while at work, overnight, and even provide summer care! I can charge you a weekly rate instead of hourly. I can babysit or be a nanny as long as it's live-out!
