Caring, Calm, Friendly Nanny Ready To Help You
Avg response < 1 hrs
I have been caring for children and helping mothers since I was 12 years old. Now, I am a career nanny because it makes my heart happy to help kids grow up healthy, secure and confident. I give children undivided attention and affection helping them hear supportive encouraging words as I help them accomplish every growth mile stone. Those I care for tend to reach walking, talking and socialization mile stones far beyond their peers. I began by helping my mother with my much younger brother and sister, playing, feeding, diaper changing and organizing. I have cared for newborn twin girls for the first four months of their lives. I have also cared for a boy and a girl twins from 1 year old until they started school. I have taken care of a newborn little boy from newborn until 2 years old. My last charge was a little boy from six months until he was two and a half when he start preschool. In my work with children, I have been responsible for everything from their health, both keeping them healthy and nursing them back to health. I am responsible for the child's feeding whether bottle feeds or transitioning to solids. I care for child and the parent. I comfort and support new parents and try to give 110% so that new parents can bond, love and understand their child and understand each step. I have also returned to families when children are grown to be their tutor, preparing them for nursery school and kindergarten, helping them excel in spelling and word formation. I make learning fun and help the kids take in information with no stress or resistance. I have been the one to help the child learn everything from rolling over, walking, use of utensils and how to enjoy their neighborhood and greet neighbors. I am the child's best friend explaining the world, staying at their level and helping them reach and surpass every milestone with care, affection, and a feeling of safety. I've helped scared parents in hospitals with sick children and helped parents who were not English speakers enroll their kids in school and be there to help them thrive. I'm the one to call to help in stressful situations. I am a good cook, I keep a child's home healthy, clean and happy, and I am a USC graduate of Sociology with children and family as my study. I love children and helping parents enjoy their children and children enjoy their new world.
