While I don't have the formal training of nursing, I grew up in a family with 2 special needs brothers and also cared for my mom until her passing. I am compassionate, familiar and comfortable around those who are aging and/or have mental and physical challenges.

Taking care of people with special needs can be very challenging, but I believe we all need to do our bit in learning to respect those who do this day in and day out in their homes.
