Spanish-Speaking Nanny Jobs in Phoenix

We are looking for a long term nanny to help with our 5-year-old daughter as well as some household errands and duties. Bilingual would be ideal since our daughter goes to school though my husband and I don't speak Spanish ourselves. I own a dance a studio and work in the afternoons and evenings and my husband works from home, but does travel around once a month for work. When he's traveling our nanny needs to be able to stay until around 9-9:30 p.m. when I get home from work. Applicants should value organization and help keep our household tidy and organized. They need to be willing to run errands as well as pick up and drop off our daughter to and from activities. We have two friendly English Bulldogs, so a dog lover is also a must. Our daughter is imaginative, loves dancing, arts and crafts and being outside.

I am looking for a care giver for my newborn when I go back to work starting in May 2023. I need someone who's schedule is flexible, ideally 3 days per week but these days may change each week, and preferably able to do 3-4 hours in the morning and 2-4 hours in the afternoon/evening. Occasional Saturday hours offered (but not required) as well. Typically 20-24 hours per week, occasionally 30 hours per week. Bilingual Spanish and English would ideal.

After school duties include homework help when needed, transportation to athletics practice 3 x weekly (34 miles each way.). Looking for a high energy bilingual nanny. Someone who is okay with having a flexible schedule. A nanny for our family is someone who is an assistant to me, helping me with whatever it is I need during the time you are with us. Expectations will be preparing meals, cleaning (dishes, taking out garbage, maintaining organization of household, cleaning up after children's play/activities), afternoon learning activities, playing with children, day trips to zoo/park/aquarium/etc. You also may be asked to run errands such as going to the grocery store, picking up dry cleaning, etc. Hourly pay would be $35/hr, for travel and over nights there will be a set daily/ nightly rate (we will discuss during interview). Brian (dad) I is 36 and works as an infusion pharmacist and Abbey (mom) is a physicians assistant that specializes in infectious disease. We are an active, laid back couple. I want someone with a good nice clean background, when I do back to work I will be there from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. my grandmother will be with you most days out of the week for extra hands really you won't be doing much but brain stimulating activities. My grandmother will handle the cooking you might be asked to assist with light cleaning.
