Our daughter went to Irene's place when she was 18 months old, and now she is 3 years old. We can definitely tell Irene and her assistant Teresa take great care of her. Our daughter has always been a picky eater, but Irene and Teresa do a great job in teaching her to feed herself and encouragement her to try a variety of food. Irene provides 3 meals per day, including breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. They are a healthy combination of protein, veggies and carbohydrates. Our daughter always come home telling us what she eats, and she has been feeding herself since she was 2. Irene and Teresa also have a very effective system of potty training. Within 2 weeks, our daughter was successfully trained. One other great benefit is that the daycare is Spanish immersive. Our daughter can now speak Spanish fluently. She picks up English from the other kids and we speak Chinese at home. We also notice that Irene and Teresa have a very enrich curriculum tailored to the kid's age. For example, at age 3, our daughter can recognize all 26 letters both upper and lower case; recognize all the numbers and count to over 30 in both English and Spanish; can write her name and other letters; recognize some simple words. Overall, I highly recommend Irene's daycare.
