Children grow and learn best in a safe environment that provides opportunities to explore, create and communicate with other children and adults. These groups function independently but cooperatively, following routines appropriate to individual needs. The program is designed to be inclusive of all children, including those with identified disabilities and special learning and developmental needs.ā¦

We are a small and very affordable daycare, fully licensed and CPR certified. The main provider is Josephine Kakalis, who has been providing child care for over 30 years.
We pretty much guarantee that we will be the lowest licensed child care provider in the area and encourage families to get state assistance for their child care if they need it. One of our current families pays nothing out of pocket and it is all paid by the state, so check with them if you need child care but don't think youā¦

Claire M. says "I first brought my son the TLC when he was six months old. I was super nervous about it but Amanda immediately felt like family. He's three now, and TLC has been such a positive influence on my son's intellectual and emotional development. Dropping him off and knowing that Amanda and the staff are looking out for him and truly invested in the trajectory of each kid is everything. On a scale of one to five, I give the, a six."
