I am a State Licensed Type B Family Child Care Provider with a 4 Star Step Up to Quality Rating*. I offer a preschool curriculum daily that is approved through the SUTQ system and aligned with the State standards. Within my home, I have a large separate childcare room with lots to do and a large fenced in backyard with a lot of outdoor play equipment. Being a State Licensed Provider, BCI and FBI fingerprint and background check along with a Child Abuse and Neglect check is done and kept on file with Job and Family Services. I am also certified in both Child and Infant CPR and First Aid. I have been a provider through the county/state since 1992. I started doing this business so I could stay home with our daughter who was born in 1988. She is now out on her own and I continue to provide care for children because it is what I love to do. I love to see children grow and flourish, to give children love and guidance and to be there for their developmental needs for structure and guidance. *Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) is a quality rating and improvement system administered by the Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. SUTQ recognizes and promotes learning and development programs that meet quality program standards that exceed licensing health and safety regulations. The program standards are based on national research identifying standards which lead to improved outcomes for children.

Mrs. Krysta's Place!

4761 Township Road 132 Cardington, OH

3 mi

My program is new to the Cardington/Mt Gilead/Marion area. I am a mother of a 2 1/2 year old girl that decided to make a career move and start in home babysitting. I have worked with children and adults with disabilities for the past 10 years. I plan to use this experience to create an in home environment for the children with the preschool feel. I am a Therapist by training so I like to keep kids active and engaged. I plan to have daily craft time, reading, music and educational components (such as coloring, writing) with minimal TV time. When the weather is nice we will spend time outdoors but when it is colder we will use our creativity inside. My price includes: breakfast, lunch, snacks, wipes and drinks. I am available for children in the Cardington-Lincoln school district to be picked up/dropped off at my house.
