I love working with children every day! I offer a warm and caring home away from home environment. This is a smoke-free, clean home. I was formally First Aid/First Responder certified and have retained my CPR certification. I have over 10 years of experience watching children. I have taken many early child development classes and spent a year substitute teaching in a pre-K program. Education is very important to me and I believe in exposing kids to a fun and enriching environment so those little sponge brains soak up as much information as possible! What your little one can expect: *Structured learning (circle) time, *Lot's of fun play and make-believe time, *Daily reading, *Exercise and outdoor play time, *Crafts. We will be learning values such as sharing, empathizing, giving and caring. Their own special library (I am a big believer in reading constantly, my son started reading at 3!). Healthy snacks and lunch provided. Appropriate nap times (I will not let your child sleep for 3+hours). What parents can expect: *PEACE OF MIND! Knowing your child is well cared for! *You will pick up a happy, well-fed, and educated child! *Safe and loving care for ages 6 months-9 years. *Before and after school care. My rates and hours are negotiable. References available.
