I have had a licensed daycare in our home for over 5 years. We originally opened our doors with the thought we would close when our child started going to school. We closed for nearly a year and realized we missed having a daycare. We have recently reopened and are thrilled with our latest enrolled children. We delight in watching how children learn and develop. We follow schedule but are flexible to the children's needs. Although we have a daily routine, each day seems to be different and we love it that way. Here is a list of our routine and some of our policies: 7:00 to 8:30 - Arrivals/ get settled 8:30 to 9:00 - Breakfast 9:00 to 10:30 - Projects (involving art, numbers, letters, etc.) 10:30 to 11:00 - Snack 11:00 to 12:30 - Free play time (inside or outside) 12:30 to 1:00 - Lunch 1:00 to 2:30 - Nap time / Quiet time 2:30 to 3:00 - Snack 3:00 to 5:00 - Reading and/or free play time Just Like Home Day Care Policies 1. Business Hours Open: Monday through Friday - 7:00am-5pm. Please do not drop off your child before appointed business hours. Please be on time when picking up your child 2. Weekly Rate: $100 per work week for Full time. Payment is to be paid weekly each Monday. There is a $5 charge per day for late payments. Any late charges accrued are to be paid in the following week 's Monday payment. Those paying with government assistance must pay in full no later than the 5th of each month (out of pocket co-payments may be paid in full in pre-arranged scheduled payments) Refunds only given if I close daycare for personal reasons for each day(s) closed. Only $10.00 for 4 hours or less for part-time and temporary care. Please give at least one week notice if withdrawing from our child care facility. You pay by week, not by day. 3. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year 's Day, Feb 27th, April 17th, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and following Friday, Christmas Eve and Day. 4. Missed Days: There are no refunds for missed days or weeks. Please have the courtesy to call each day child will not be attending daycare. If daycare must be closed due to unexpected issues, those charges will be credited to the following week.
