Personal Assistant with Administrative and Bookkeeping Experience
I am a dependable, honest and a loyal person. I enjoy taking care of others and their personal and small business needs. I have worked for an independent oil and gas executive and his family in their home in San Francisco for the past five and a half years. As everyone knows the economy is hurting everyone including my employer. Even though they are willing to do everything they can to keep me employed because they know me and can trust me, it is just getting too difficult for them financially. I still work for them approximately 16 hours a week. I can either cut back on their hours, which would help them anyway, to accommodate a new professional relationship and/or business venture for myself financially. I have done everything from keeping their personal business and finances in Quick Books to having specific groceries delivered to them while they were out of town. I truly enjoy what I do. I can be professional and not get into someone's personal business. Although I do not have obnoxious personality, I do like to stay active if possible instead of sitting in front of a computer all day, (just being honest). I have no children, but I do adore them as well as pets. I do not mind light housework or cooking, but I am not the chef someone would hope for, even though I do like to experiment, again, just being honest! I feel like I can be a perfect fit for another perfect home and or small business. I can provide my previous business experience in form of a resume if requested. I basically have had three jobs in my lifetime, including my current one, as I am in my late 30's.
