My husband and I are looking for the right person to serve as a helper for our new little family starting in March!
Here's the situation, I am currently on maternity leave but will be returning to work in March! Our little guy, F, will be about 4 months old by then. I work from home and am fortunate enough that I don't constantly have to be tied to my desk... so I will be able to provide some care for him. That being said, I will need someone occasionally to help watch him during meetings or heavy workload days, etc. Additionally, we may ask said person to do the occasional grocery pickup or switch out the laundry/dishes while they're here.
We will need to iron out the logistics, but so far we are looking for someone who is flexible but available M-F from 8-2:30 (and perhaps the occasional date night). We will not need all of these hours covered every week so some weeks we may need 20 hours and some weeks we may only need 5! I know that sounds like unpredictable income, but we're hoping to negotiate a monthly rate for pay!
We really want to find the right person for a long term fit for our family.. You must be ok with animals (we have 1 dog and 1 cat). We're also hoping for someone comfortable with cloth diapering (or learning it). Thank you!
