Hello! I am a family based child care provider and educator. I am also a licensed teacher currently working on a masters in reading education. Currently, I care for my two children, ages 6 (girl) and 8 (boy), as well as two 2 year old boys and a 2 year old girl. I am located in Milford near the 275 exit off a dead end street on a cul-de-sac. My home is spacious with a large yard and driveway for outdoor play, an indoor playroom, and bedrooms for private napping. We limit screen time while mostly focusing on arts and crafts, music, reading, writing, and imaginary play. We also go on outdoor adventures such as the Nature Center and local playgrounds quite often. Your child will be welcomed into my home with open, loving, caring arms and will quickly become a part of our family. My family based child care is still following all COVID-19 safety protocols.

Would you like a small group, loving, home environment for your child? For many parents, the answer to this question is a resounding YES. It can be overwhelming for some children to thrive in the large groups childcare centers can provide, especially with the constant turnover of caregivers and teachers. I know, I taught as a preschool and toddler teacher for over 15 years. I've also been a nanny and neighborhood preschool facilitator, so I understand how little individual attention a child in group care actually receives. My name is Tara, I am a CDA certified preschool teacher and I would love to give your child a great experience of learning through play in my home. I have 4 amazing children. My oldest son is 13 and will be attending Jr. high in the fall. My 5 year old son is excited to begin full day kindergarten. My little girl is 3 1/2 and attends preschool with an IEP for ASD. I also have a 9 month old baby boy who is learning to pull up and cruise! I have room for 2 more special children and will provide nutritious meals and snacks as well as opportunities for enrichment and outdoor play. Our environment is set up into learning centers including writing, manipulatives, science, math and dramatic play areas. We'll have a structured schedule including circle time with songs, stories and calendar. I'm willing to accommodate any needs that your child may have and special interests that concern you. We will also play games that give our bodies the exercise it needs along with a climber, swings, sand box and riding toys outside for fun times. I know daycare is expensive, so I have a reasonable rate of $30 per day. We can talk about hours of availability, as I am open to alternate schedules. School age children both before and after school are welcome. Please feel free to call me with any questions.

Laura D. says "Tara cared for our girls from the fall of 2014 to the spring of 2016. During that time, our girls - now ages six and four - grew, thrived, learned,...

Daycare in Anderson Township! (Teacher's children are also welcome) . I provide childcare for children of all ages. I started my home business 18 years ago, when I decided to stay home with my children who are now 18, 23, and 25. I wanted to provide quality childcare at an affordable price with all the comforts of a home setting. I fell in love with the job and can't imagine having any other job. I have a natural love for children and treat all children as if they were my own. I feel that taking care of children is very rewarding and can make a difference in a child's life through love and care. I guarantee that while you are at work, you will have peace of mind that they are happy and in a safe environment. I provide various art activities, painting, coloring, drawing, and various crafts. I also have many learning activities, games, puzzles, flash cards, and literacy activities. I have creative time which includes story time and music time. I have an outside play area in my backyard and an inside play area in the basement. I provide hot, healthy meals. I would love the opportunity to speak to you further regarding your child care needs.

At Bella Bee, our motto says it all. We believe in a balanced approach to learning and play, where students not only play to learn, but also learn how to learn. Learning Our primary focus is ensuring that our students are Kindergarten-ready. We achieve this in part with our “Letter Program” which systematically builds letter-recognition skills and expands vocabulary through stories and pictures. Our research-based and educationally sound methods help children improve fine motor skills, gain enhanced self-esteem and develop an interest in reading and writing. Play Of course, children do a great deal of learning when they play, and this aspect of a child’s growth is equally nurtured at Bella Bee. We focus on the social and emotional development of each child with an emphasis on learning to foster healthy friendships and relationships. Balance Our caring and experienced staff is dedicated to the development of the whole child. Through a variety of creative, academic and social activities, they will ensure your child leaves our program ready to succeed in Kindergarten and beyond. Above all, we cultivate a family atmosphere where kids can be themselves as they grow and learn. We invite you to visit us in person to learn more about what makes Bella Bee special: “Learning and Play…In Balance.”

Heidi S. says " Based on our experience over the past 5 years, I would give Bella Bee a 5/5. Both our children have attended Bella Bee Academy and I can't say enough...

We offer an experience that helps children build social and emotional skills, create confidence in their bodies and abilities, and learn ways to live in harmony with the Earth. The Tiny Treehouse is open to children ages 3 to 5. Eligible children must be potty trained. Our hours are Monday- Friday from 8am to 4 pm. We follow a loose, seasonal, nature based curriculum and are committed to spending the majority of our days outdoors. We believe in the benefits of unstructured free play and exploration in nature. Children will be offered free choice of activities, designed to encourage creativity, imagination, cooperative skills, physical and emotional growth. Children are supervised at all times and always in sight so we are able to respond to their needs immediately. We set aside this time every morning to gather as a group and greet one another and the day. We will start the day off with poems, stories, or songs that relate to the day's theme then begin a guided hike, garden or nature based activity, physical game, art or themed activity. These will follow the seasons and be based upon children's interest and engagement. We will have lunch outdoors as weather permits followed by rest time or low energy activities for children who do not need a rest. At the end of every day, we take a moment to reflect on the fun that we had together and share any new exciting things that we discovered.

I am a mother of 4 boys ages 18, 14, 12 and 9. Five if you count the hubby! Babysitting has been my life for 16 years and I love every minute of it. I am also an Award Winning Artist who paints everyday life of animals. So along with our family we have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Here is a little explanation of my rates, rules and a little more about me. MY RULES ~ - You do NOT pay if you are not here. This helps with keeping sickness out of my home. I would rather you stay home with your sick child than to pay me. Sickness includes - fever, diarrhea, vomiting or rashes unless checked out by the Dr. - Ages NB to 18 months is $30 a day. Ages 18 months + is $25 a day. It's $5 an hour until you hit your price if it will be a half day that day. - I ask if you know in advance you are not going to be here if you could let me know so I can plan accordingly. Lunches - I supply sugar free juices and snacks but I ask all parents to bring a packed lunch. I try to push water especially in the summer time. This helps with keeping track of making sure your child is eating the foods of your choice. If you child drinks milk you can bring half gallon of milk to keep in my fridge. I can inform you when it's low. As of right now there are no allergies in the home. I am willing to cook or heat up anything that does not involve the stove. - If your child will be here 4-5 days a week I give parents the option to leave diapers here. I supply wipes. Once you get low on diapers I will write a note and put in lunch box. Normally a 3-5 day notice. - I rarely take off and if I do I give plenty of notice. My 14yr old has Friedreichs Ataxia and we try to plan all his main appointments in one day every 6 months. The rest is either my husband or our family helping us out. We do take a weeks vacation once a year in the summer. I have a fenced in yard, non smoker and kids are open to my whole main floor but my family room is one huge playroom where we read books, build train tracks, play doll house or a little movie for quiet time after lunch. Since I am an artist I love to draw pictures for the kids to color. Summer time is the best time for the outdoor messy projects! I am currently looking to fill a few spots starting soon due to teachers summer break and next school year 2 will be leaving me to start school. I am a clean, caring, fun loving mother who would love to have your child be a part of our family. Please feel free to call or text me at 513-910-5651 for more info.

My name is Katie and I am the owner and operator of Ladybug's and Monkey's, a small in home daycare in Kenwood/Indian Hill Ohio. I have been babysitting/nannying since I was 11. I have had 2 full time summer jobs as a nanny and almost 6 years experience with my own 2 girls (6 and 3.5) I try to keep a steady enrollment of 1-2 more children during the day. I like to keep enrollment sizes small so that focus can remain on the kids at all times without anyone getting lost in the shuffle. I have just recently relocated to Cincinnati from Louisville and I am opening up Ladybug's and Monkey's here starting in June 2013. I home schooled my 6 year old for 2 years of preschool and will be starting this summer and fall with my 3.5 year old. This year we will be using the Letter of the Week and curriculum and Kumon workbooks for ages 3-5. For the more advanced 5 year old and all ages beyond beyond we will be using Easy Peasy all in one curriculum and the Summer Bridge Workbook. I like table time and worksheets a lot for learning but really feel that young kids learn best through play and exploration. I am open from 7am-6pm Monday-Friday. I look forward to meeting you and your family and being a part of your child's early years.

I taught school for 10 years before I had my own children. I am the mother to 3 children, ages 24, 22, and 18. Besides my own children, I have cared for infants in the past. I prefer to care for children in my own home. I provide a clean and safe environment. I have new baby equipment so parents would not need to provide those items. Depending on age, I love to read and do fun art activities with the children as well as play and lots of interaction. I prefer only one infant or child at a time and one family at a time but, I would consider a family if they had two children. I just want families to know I am not running a daycare with many children. I love kids but the fewer I have the more time and attention I can give them. If this is a setting you would want for your child or children, please feel free to contact me.

Hi! My name is Megan and I'm the owner/operator of M Squared Childcare which is located in the Summerside/Eastgate area. Before I get started with the business let me tell you a little bit about myself. First, and most importantly, I have a passion for children. I love watching them grow and learn. I also really enjoy helping them discover new things on a daily basis. Second, I am CPR/First Aid Certified, have a background in Early Childhood Education as well as Nursing, and I'm a member of two nanny associations. I have been babysitting since I was 10 years old. I have worked in childcare as a profession for most of the last 10 years. Prior to opening my home center I was a private nanny to four children for three years. I have experience with Preemies, Newborns, Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers, School-agers and Multiples. And now a little bit about M Squared. I opened M Squared so that I would be able to provide quality care on a wider scale with a set schedule. That being said, I am open from 7:00am to 5:30pm - earlier or later can be negotiated. I can provide Full-Time, Part-Time and Before/After School care. You will receive a daily "sheet" via a mobile app called BrightWheel - meals, diapers/potty, snacks, naps, etc. I try to make one take home craft per week. We do outings whenever possible - Parks, Zoo, Libraries, Splash Parks, Movies and anything else that sounds fun! We're outside daily (weather permitting of course). If you'd like to know more, feel free to contact me! I look forward to hearing from you!
