The Tiny Treehouse is run by Maria and Phil Conley who have been married for 10 years and are fortunate enough to have two amazing little boys. Maria and Phil enjoy nature, both in their personal and professional lives. Rediscovering the wonder of the outdoors through their children's eyes is part of the inspiration for opening the Tiny Treehouse.
Phil has pursued his passion through a long career in Environmental Education. Whether working as an educator for zoos and aquariums, or guiding student trips at residential camps and nature centers he finds fulfillment and purpose inspiring the next generation. A sense of creativity and wonder drives his practice and he always hopes to share that experience with others.

Maria has spent her career as an educator, administrator, and director for various educational institutions. In 2016, she altered her career path and became a mother and nanny. She has enjoyed using her expertise to help countless students and their families successfully navigate administrative challenges and achieve their educational goals. Her children have helped her to reconnect to the joys of childhood and inspired her to create a natural wonderland.
