I am a house wife who is looking for just a few kids to care for in my home. I clean toys regularly and buy new toys often to keep the toys in good condition and free from germs. I have a backup sitter for times that I am sick or have emergent appointments myself. There is no additional fee and she cares for the children in my home. Both of us will be at all interviews so my families know her in advance. Newborns and Infants: Parent provides all formula, baby food, diapers and wipes. Toddlers: All meals and snacks are provided (which include fruits and vegetables). Parent provides diapers or pull-ups as needed. We have a schedule we follow that includes directed play and lessons to help with potty training, letters, numbers and other skills to prepare them for pre-school. Rates per Child (we do not offer multiple child discounts): $150 weekly for up to 60 hours I am extremely flexible with hours.

Hello & Welcome. My name is Carrie and I am a proud mother of 2 amazing boys, or should I say men. They are now 19 and 27 years old. I first started my home daycare business in 1995 after the birth of my youngest son. I had operated my daycare for 9 years and enjoyed every moment. I am now in the process of getting my daycare registered with the state once again. At this time I am Listed with the state until my license comes through. I will be opening my daycare July 1st and I have 3 openings to fill. I offer care for infants, toddlers, before & after school care. I am currently doing interviews for 3 child care openings. My business hours are currently 7:30 - 6:00pm. Your child will be loved and cared for in a way they will feel "at home. " Day care is an adjustment for any child and my intent is to make that adjustment easier for both parent and child. Criminal background check was done through DFPS Texas child care licensing. My warmest regards, Carrie. Tots Stop Child Care & Preschool

l believe children need a positive, healthy, and safe environment. This gives children ways to learn, grow, and discover. My preschool will have many learning experiences with physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs. I will have parties, show and tell, game time, free time, walks, and parks. My biggest push is having family style. Family style is where children can learn and practice many social skills, such as passing food, taking turns, saying please and thank you, and help set the table. My curriculum will be going off what kindergartens are learning today. I have know what they are learning and teaching the kids in the school close by. I will be working on fine motor skills, letters, numbers, calendar, art. I believe when a child does his or her own work. That is there work and it's not for me to correct them over and over. When they are trying their hardest, it is not for me to tell them that is not their name. Because that is their name. Each week I will have a theme and will be focusing on a certain letter, number, and shapes during calendar time as well as during the day. Children will have jobs around the school, such as calendar helper, set the table, line leader, toy helper. I want children to feel proud of themselves!

I am a Licensed in-home child care provider with the Department of Family and Protective Services with 5+ years' experience in day care as well as 9+ years of being a mother (having two children of my own 8 and 4). I have CPR and First Aid certifications. I am registered with the state food program and only offer healthy and nutritious snacks and meals. I also attend (at a minimum) 35 hours of continued child education/business training classes throughout the year. This is a "play based home," meaning that my curriculum is integrated throughout the day using arts & craft, song, games, indoor and outdoor play, theme days, and a variety of other activities that will help stimulate your child's intellectual, social, emotional and physical development. I want them to feel at home, but learn as though they were in a preschool. This prepared environment allows your child to discover his or herself and his or her creativity, and to learn effortlessly. On a personal note, I have invested a lot of time, money, and effort into my daycare. I want to give the kids in my care the best of everything. I have researched child development and found that hands-on learning is by far the best. I have put together a fun and interactive curriculum for ages one to five. During this time they overcome so much, from the first time they roll over to learning how to read, count, spell as well as develop ever important social skills. This is one of the most important stages of development in their life. They absorb so much information at this age!! I definitely have a lot to offer. It is best to set up an interview to see all that the children can do here. Please call Leann at 214-532-5875 for hours, tuition fees and location. I am located in Wellington Trace off of 720 & Hill Street which is on the Little Elm and Oak Point border. I look forward to talking with you. I will provide references upon request. I am currently accepting applications for Preschool (School starts August 25th. https://www.facebook.com/leannslittletots Thank You Leann

Looking for one or two kiddos to join us during the day while we are home. We enjoy trips to the park, love arts and crafts and Lego's are the key to our heart. I have five+ years of in home childcare experience, experience as a preschool teacher and was the director of children's ministries prior to my career in social work. I have been CPR and First Aid certified for years, but haven't had a need to maintain the license so it has lapsed, but I have had the course numerous times. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and am working on a master's in social work, but it will be two and a half years before I am finished so am staying home with my daughter while working on it.

The children will be on a schedule with structured activities daily, focusing on a monthly theme. It will be mirrored with a preschool program and age specific activities for each child. Early childhood development is very important to me and every child deserves that instruction early on. The children will be in a nice, clean home environment with a low number of other children. We will also do arts, crafts, music, dance and many other fun activities daily. My goal is to have a nice, warm environment that is also very nurturing and educational for the kids. I want you to feel comfort in leaving your child. For ages 12-24 months we will work on dramatic play, sensory/art, curiosity, construction, literacy, music, problem solving, concept formation and self-help skills. For 2-3-year-olds we will work on creative movement, art, story time/language development, music, numbers play, colors/shapes/sizes, some Spanish, and dramatic play. Studies show that the most important years of a child's brain development are from infancy to the age of 5.
