About Tyler

My experience ranges from providing homework help to elementary school aged children while working in an after school care program as well as private tutoring a middle school boy in reading and math. I currently am a high school guidance counselor which keeps me up to date with the current lessons and techniques used in schools. My ability to work with students, teachers and parents in order to find out their weakest points, and the aspiration to work towards providing strengthening services has been commended many times. I enjoy tutoring students and helping them build confidence in their ability to achieve, both academically and socially. In addition, I have artistic and computer skills that will be an asset when developing class projects.
