About Tristan

I'm Tristan! I recently graduated summa cum laude from Lawrence University, double-majoring in Math and Computer Science with a minor in Data Science. Prior to Lawrence, I attended a community college for my last two years of High School. Here I worked as a mathematics peer tutor, and it was great! I loved meeting different people and getting the satisfaction of helping them succeed. Here, I earned an internationally recognized peer tutoring credential, the CRLA Level 1 Certification. I helped students across a wide range of demographics, from other high school students to non-traditional students of all ages. I worked mostly one-on-one or in small groups. I tutored a wide range of classes, from pre-algebra through calculus 2. At Lawrence, I continued tutoring, still mostly one-on-one or in small groups. Here, I covered a similarly broad range of courses, from college algebra and intro comp sci to more advanced topics like discrete mathematics and data structures.
