About Ericka

Hello! I am a reliable, patient and friendly math tutor. My 1, 000+ hours of tutoring experience with students of all ages has taught me how to connect individually with each student. From pre-Algebra through Calculus, I can help even the most reluctant students find confidence in their math skills. My expertise is in one-on-one tutoring but I also have demonstrated experience leading small groups. Whatever the environment, I know that people learn best when they are comfortable. I ask students leading questions to get them working through answers on their own while I assess potential areas of weakness. This technique, coupled with repetition, discipline and hard work, empowers my students to take on difficult problems and concepts. I am available to meet in local coffee houses and libraries and work with your students!
