About Tanya

I am a compassionate and skilled nanny, with a strong interest in working with children. I love to provide safe and nurturing care to children in order to help them grow, learn, and thrive. As a licensed foster parent, I have had many opportunities to learn more about, support, and engage with children from different backgrounds. I also have special behavioral training which has allowed me to be educated on how to support a variety of behavioral needs. In the past, I have kept a routine, planned and organized activities, and assisted with homework all while supporting individual and planned interests of each child. Communication is important to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding development and well-being. I create a positive and loving atmosphere in which children appreciate my rules and boundaries. I am caring, reliable, trustworthy , positive role model for all children. I approach everything with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm making every day fun for the kids!
