I’ve had a pleasure of having Tasneem nanny for me for the last three months. During the interview process, I was impressed by her caregiving experience and also her knowledge of managing children on the spectrum. My son has ASD and coupled with her experience, she adapted well to some of the challenges that came with caring for my son. As a working parent, I felt comfortable with Tasneem in my home in my absence with my toddler. Tasneem is patient and calm. Her tone of her voice is soothing. She was responsible for transportation, feeding, bathing and bedtime routine. Tasneem would also do housework as well. She took great care in all her duties and followed instructions well.
