About Sonya

Hello, my name is Sonya! I'm a student with an AS in Early Childhood Education, pursuing a BA program. I decided to further my knowledge in ECE after discovering my passion for working with children during my 12-week training program at Tomorrow's Hope (a respected Daycare in Everett), where I was employed before starting school full-time. I'm looking forward to applying my experience and my knowledge of child-led/inquisitive-led learning that I have acquired during my associates degree to provide a developmentally age-appropriate and engaging experience for your family! Some of my favorite activities to do with children are; reading, building structures, engaging in sensory play through science , singing silly songs, spending time outdoors, and practicing process art. I have reliable transportation with a clean driving record. I have experience with all ages from my time working/volunteering with centers and from my own child.
