About Charlotte

Hi I'm Charlotte! I spent 4 years working as a program coordinator for elementary students with Southwest Youth & Family Services. In this role, I led an after school program aimed at closing learning gaps for recent immigrant and refugee students. In addition, I served as a home visitor in a national early learning campaign targeted at children 16-18 months old. I began working with children at a young age as a mother's helper, I babysat through middle school and high school, I also worked at a creative summer day camp (pirate camp) for 7 years (for kids K-6th grade). I've been a summer nanny for five families (including everything from diaper duty to driver duty). I'm a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer. In my service, I taught in a school, led a healthy kids' club, and launched a mobile library/ literacy program. I live in West Seattle.
