About Shanelle

I have over 10 years of teaching experience working with kindergarten, first grade, and second grade students. I am passionate about helping children build strong reading skills by learning how to sound out words, gain confidence, and develop a love for reading. I also believe learning math should feel engaging, exciting, and meaningful for kids. Since math instruction has changed so much over the years, I enjoy finding creative and hands on ways to help children understand concepts while still making learning fun. I strive to create a positive, patient, and encouraging environment where every child feels supported, confident, and excited to learn. I love helping students grow academically while also building their self-esteem and independence!
