About Rebecca

Hi! I am a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Sleep Trainer, Newborn Care Specialist, and Nap Educator. I am also a Birth and Bereavement Doula, Breastfeeding Doula, and Postpartum Doula. I work (mostly virtually, but occasionally in person in the Triad area) with families to understand their sleep struggles - from naps, to bedtime, to nighttime waking, and more. I then create a custom plan designed around the family's needs, and empower them to implement the plan with my coaching and support. I have a bachelor's degree in Exceptional Child Studies, with an emphasis in Birth through Kindergarten Education, Elementary Education, Psychology, and Special Education. I have over 20 years of experience of working as a long term nanny with children from birth through school age, and helping families navigate life with children. My passion is supporting moms and children, and I use my Master's Degree and Post-Master's education in management & leadership to manage local supportive communities.
