Stacilyn has been a true blessing to our family as a night nanny. Before she was even hired, she volunteered to install his car seats in our cars and even offered to help organize the nursery and sterilize bottles (which I couldn't let her do, but wow!) Since she started working with us, she has truly treated and loved him like her own and made our transition to parenthood much smoother than it would have been. She is reliable, prompt, SO flexible and willing to come early, stay late, or add extra shifts at the last minute. She is genuinely helpful, tackling laundry, bottle/pump part washing, waking me when I oversleep a pump alarm, and sending sweet pictures from when she is caring for him. Having her to allow us some uninterrupted hours of sleep a few nights a week was the most incredible investment, but she also has taught us a ton of tricks and tips for managing a baby. We wouldn't have survived without her and will absolutely use her for future children if she is available!
