About Morgan

Morgan is an educator and executive functioning coach whose own journey with undiagnosed ADHD shapes the heart of her work. As a student, she struggled with focus and organization until a college disability counselor recognized her symptoms as classic inattentive ADHD and encouraged her to seek evaluation. This sparked a decade-long career in and love for education. Over the past decade, Morgan has taught in outdoor schools, private schools, and public schools. She has worked with students in special education, twice exceptional students (2E) and coached adult learners on their own instructional practices. These experiences reinforced what she knew from her own story: when learners strengthen executive functioning skills-organization, planning, time management, and self-advocacy-they unlock both academic success and self-belief.
