About Melica

My name is Melica and I am a Public Health Professional currently working as a Health Education Teacher K-8. I have about 3-4 years of experience working at a Pediatric Hospital alongside Physicians, I also have worked with children between the ages of 5-14yo. From my past experiences, I have prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for children, assisted in extracurricular activities as well as assisted with homework assignments. Being a Health Education teacher, I have had the pleasure of helping students understand on a deeper level what it means to be healthy and take care of themselves from within working their way out. I enjoy spending time with children and learning about their personal interests, being able to watch them develop into their own person has been beyond rewarding!
