Hi! I'm Megan - a longtime nanny, toddler enthusiast, and nature-loving Portland transplant originally from Minnesota. I've spent over 10 years caring for children of all ages, but my heart is especially drawn to infants and toddlers. I'm passionate about child-led, age-appropriate learning, and my approach is rooted in Montessori principles, positive parenting, and lots of time outdoors. I believe in nurturing children's natural curiosity, helping them feel seen and supported as they grow into themselves. I'm big on communication - with little ones and with parents - and I strive to bring empathy, consistency, and warmth to every family I work with.
