About Lindsey

I'm a mom of one 12-year-old girl, longtime childcare provider, and former owner/director of a small Waldorf-inspired home preschool and urban farm school. I've cared for children since high school where I nannied two children on an organic farm. This experience inspired my urban farm school where I raised many children from infant/toddler through school age and transitioned into after care and summer care. I'm opening my home to one or two little ones, ideally infants through toddlers. Our days are warm, playful and connected to nature--walks, parks, library trips, stories, art, imaginative play and plenty of unhurried time to simply be little. My daughter is homeschooled and we have some time on campus. Children in my care become like family. My goal is to offer a loving, home-based environment where your child is genuinely known, nurtured and cared for with the tenderness and attention I'd want for my own.
