Amy is likely over qualified for any task you give her. He took care of my toddler and two older kids at the same time. Most importantly she engages with the kids, constantly talking to them and showing them things. She is really good with feeding kids as well and did better giving a bottle of breast milk than I did (the dad). We would have kept her long term but she wanted to move back to her home state.
